As some of you may know I'm a new grower. Infact I just had my first harvest. I live in a very non-legal state.
Well, I got rid of a bit of my first harvest to some people at work. They seem to really like it.
Then,
I had one of the guys come up to me and explain that his mother has Parkinson's disease and he asked if there was anyway I would grow a CBD strain for her.

Needless to say I said yes. Hands down.
Gotta say it just made me feel really good to know we're actually doing good and helping some folks out there.

Just wanted to share.
Keep growin all!

Have you picked out a high CBD strain yet? I am curious what you go with. Does she intend to smoke/vape it or is she going the oral route?
Just got hit with it so no clue yet. Much research will be needed. If anyone has suggestions I'm open, but I will definitely be looking at what is being prescribed for her condition currently in legal medical marketplaces.

High CBD doesn't necessarily mean No/super low THC. You probably know that or would figure it out in doing your research. Just wanted to bring it up so you don't send mama on a ride she's not prepared for haha.

I have been interested in this and bought some of the cherry wine f2's from greenpoint. I cant review them yet but I'm quite sure its just like growing any other cannabis.

Instead of getting the cherry wine I wish I got the one of the two fem versions from fortuna, which is also greenpoint just a different website.

https://greenpointseeds.com/regular-cannabis-seeds/cherry-wine-f2-hemp-seeds/ the ones I got. They claim very little to no THC on this strain, but it isn't FEM.

the problem is you can only get 50 seeds at once, but for 150$ that isnt too bad

I grew CBD JAM from delicious seeds.
CBD 14% THC 7%.

This was my 1st cbd grow and it did have relief for pain but was way to potent.
It's a great buzz but the buzz was not what I bought it for.
@ShLUbY was growing it when I did. Not around since June but I'd be curious of what he thought about it.

That was my 1st CBD try and now I'm going to grow 3 CBD strains next round in about 2 or 3 months.

Cannatonic from Nirvana. Fem. 17% CND 4% THC.

EndPurt and CBD #1 from Aceseeds.

CBD #1 will be available in a few weeks.

The ones from ace are very low in THC.

Good luck on your hunt for a great CBD strain, more and more growers are taking an interest.

I would do some homework before purchasing from Pacific Seed Bank.

Two other threads asking if anyone has any experience with them received no responses.

awesome kudos to you man. I've got some critical CBD set aside for my folks, will get around to getting them to try some legit CBD.
