got a 2'x4'x7' grow cabnet painted white inside need to get a light should i get a 400w cool tube or just standard 400w light with shade? gettin it tomorrow so quick reply would be great...

A 400 with cool tube will be the best..heat is always a problem in a small area..but either way you will need a inline fan..i use a 4 inch inline in a 3 by 3 area...

digital..lumatek, makes a great one. a lil more pricey tho, but worth the extra cash

i have the same exact tent and i ended up getting the 400. it works decent but i wish i would have just gotten a 600 watt with a cool tube.
