Got 2 questions

So i already got a 3x3x6ft grow tent with 400hps cooltube plus i added a 150hps in their along with it so that's 550 watts of hps and i want to know will a vented hood 600hps substitute for the lights i got in there now without having much heat problem like i said its a 3x3x6?...the temp is always around 80....Second quesiton i want to buy a 2'7x2'7x5ft for my 400hps sense i might be getting the 600hps...will that work for that tent? Thanks to anyone who can help

I would just stick with the 400 in that tent. Stuffing a 600 in there is just gonna invite issues.

Well i want more plants i can only do 9 in the 3x3 any suggestions my tent i got now is ok but i want another

If you are going to upgrade go for a 4x4 and a 600. I run 4x7 with 2 600s.

how much yield r u averaging

I run 8 5 gallon DWC buckets, Advanced Nutrients, 2 600 watt digital HPS lights and keep my environmental factors in line and I get between 30 & 40 oz. per grow depending on the strain I am running.

Could always do a vert grow with a stadium setup in ur 3x3 room that would give u more area to grow in. That is if ur just growin ur plants on the ground in ur tent with a hooded light of course. And if u did that u might need to control the height of ur plants by doin some LST or super croppin.

temps with a 600 in the big and 400 in the small will be fine in the cooler months. But if youre not wanting to crank AC, you're bound to have some heat issues running HPS indoors during the summer.

Also, hate to say it but youre 150w isnt doing much in a 4x4 tent besides sucking electricity and adding heat. no penetration on those smaller lights.

well i have the 150 in the 3x3 and yeah it does add a lot of heat considering its not cooled like the 400 its just hanging there i can tell that it give a little more light though when i take it away

Iv been wanting a 600hps for awhile and will prolly get the 4x4 and im going to keep using the 400 in the 3x3 tent so il have 2 flowering rooms...i veg in my closet and i usually do the sea of green method..My plan is to have both of em going and full at the same time so they would be 24 plants totall
