Burnit2x2 had a germination issue.

This was my response just so everyone else knows the policies and the reasons for the policies:

We can't guarantee germination for all kinds of reasons, although I sympathize because those are really expensive seeds.

Our main reason is that UK law says that we can sell cannabis seeds, but they have to be for collection or souvenir purposes. It's a loophole that could be closed at any time. If we guaranteed germination, it would be seen as encouraging illegal activity. And, they do shut down businesses for that. They've shut down many grow shops for selling lights & nutrients even when no cannabis plants or seeds were on site because the police said that many of the customers were cannabis growers.

And, as far as the UK govt is concerned, they only care about UK laws - they don't care that we're sending them to somewhere that's legal. In fact, they'd probably frown on that too.

You'll find that all UK seedbanks have the same policy, and we make sure that it's clear on just about every page, and I think you have to agree at checkout too.

When you order from us, you have to explicitly agree to certain terms & conditions - the same terms and conditions that every other UK seedbank has, and most breeders.

If I was not dealing with a personal issue, as I've explained, I may have had time to see that he was a frequent customer and ask for an exception, so that's my mistake.

However, I have given him the option of giving me his history with the company & I'll make a case for him with the company owner.
It's not my company, and I have to go by the same rules as everyone else, so that's the best I can do.

understandable , but if u ask a lot to give there history lol who knows just a bad deal on both ends a no win battle . O well

I don't usually ask someone to list their history, but it would have helped if they said they had placed a lot of orders with us to start.

I usually spend more time on a problem, and I didn't just say no this time, I took the time to explain our position in detail.

My son is in the psychiatric hospital for the first time on an involuntary hold. Things are looking better today, but he was really sick, and making sure I know what's going on, that he's being taken care of properly, and we have everything in place for when he gets out is my top priority.

I realize that's a lot of personal information to share, but I had already posted it on the site - I feel like a lot of members here have become friends.

fam comes first, not a big deal iv done several orders with a few seedbanks and it is what it is! most were great some not so great . just was looking for some new beans . thanks for your time

I'm sure it was the typical custom's seizure. To tell, take your original tracking number & look to see if it went into customs & never came out.

If your shipment goes through Chicago, you are at a higher risk than if you go through any other customs office.

I can't help you without the order number - I think once you got the message they were reshipping you were happy and didn't give it to me.

I ordered from this place in June....Started my grow in July. All I can say is genetics are poor. Out of 12 auto, fem seed,,,,only 2 were NOT hermies. All the Royal Autos were junk. The 2 that actually yielded anything (very small amount) were Narcotic Kush. Very poor genetics and a huge waste of time. I still have LSD-25 but those seeds are meeting the trash can......never again. And you know it is bad when I pop up on here after not being on here for YEARS......

I'm sorry you didn't have a better experience.

You do realize we don't breed the seeds, right?
If you had bought that same brand & strain from any other seedbank you would have had the same issue.
We get our seeds from the same places everyone else does.

Yes, I am aware you do not breed. But you are obviously either storing them incorrectly or they have been on your shelf for a hell of a long time. I just hate wasting my time and money on seeds that bring nothing more than hermies...and that is what I got. Check your dates cause something is wrong with the seeds I ordered and I have been growing for over 10 yrs and have never encountered such a pitiful grow....

I'll PM you some info that I can't make public for competitive reasons, but it's not that we're are storing seeds too long.

Hello i am having trouble with an order order #162718 i it was shipped on aug 25th. I recieved a tracking number but never got any tracking info. I emailed gorilla seedbank and they said there was a problem when the tracking info was downloaded but not to worry that it had shipped. i had placed an order about a week prior to this order and recieved it 7 days after shipping. this order has already been 2 weeks from shipping, I was just wondering if there is any other way to know the status of the shipment. I hope if and when i do recieve them i have better luck with them than my first order. out of six seeds 3 strawberry blue and 3 northern lights x skunk1 not a one came up which was a bummer but a risk we take when purchasing if you could look into this and let me know something i would appreciate it thank you

7 days is really fast - that won't always happen, but I would think that your tracking number would work by now.
I'm going to ask & see what kind of answer I get.

I tried placing an order just a few minutes ago and the website said I could not because credit card payments were not allowed from my country. I have ordered quite a bit and never had an issue before. Any chance it was a mistake or does the company no longer take credit cards from the US?
