Oh I think we agree there might be things people are capable of consenting to, that we prefer they didn't consent to.

So, are you saying that all people reach a single magical age at the exact same time when they gain the wherewithal to consent to things? Or are you saying "snickers bar" and that's code for something else? I'm unfamiliar with your lingo.
