California already has the strictest vehicle emission laws than anywhere else in the world. I eat mostly raw vegan from locally sourced produce. I walk or ride a bicycle almost everywhere I go, and use an EV for anything else. I give to environmental causes, like donations to Sea Shepard, since it's illegal to be a member and stop ocean life exploitation. I'm zero waste and use a compost heap. All the lights in my house are 12w or less LED. My water heater and HVAC are the latest and greatest Energy Star for best efficiency. I wash dishes by hand, using environmentally friendly dish soap rather than a dishwashing machine. My clothes washer is one of those high efficiency low suds, and a top efficiency drier.
