I purchased the Pandora vaporizer kit from Purple Days. This is a kit you put together yourself (google it if you're not familliar). While putting it together I made a mistake putting too much solder on the resistor to the vaporizer. To make a long story shorter, I broke the resistor (a major component in the kit) and had to cut the wires off the bad resistor. This means the thing won't work. Well, I found the same resistor locally, but couldn't find the wires I needed to replace. When I explained my situation to the owners of Purple Days via e-mail, I also requested info. on the wires so I could replace them. Not only are they sending me new wires, they're covering freight and sending it out tomorrow.
As stated in the title of the thread, Good people selling a good product. Customer first attitude is still out there, if you know where to look.
And just to let you know, I paid full price for my black walnut vaporizer. This is just a customer happy with a purchase backed by the company that sells it, not an advertisement.
