Looks like you are off to a good start. I'm easing into it. Looks like we are in for a dry summer, so I'm popping a lot less than normal.Hot as the dickens in the patio greenhouseView attachment 4556302
You're in Florida right???My Length of Day is 14 hours 7 minutes, with tomorrow being 4 seconds longer.
Day after tomorrow is the summer solstice, and the next night the new moon. It makes me wonder do I wait till the tiny sliver of crescent moon rises before I dance naked and burn money. Or is OK to do it earlier in the night. I need all the good luck I can get, so I want to do it right.
Is there much time difference between there and Ohio???You're in Florida right???
You're in Florida right???
Yes, NW Florida. The way the world works, the closer you are to the equator, the shorter your days are in summer, relative to you guys further to the north. We make up for it during the winter with our days not as short. Assuming the same 2 hours 7 minutes off 12 hours, I guess my shortest day is 9 hours 53 minutes. Is there much time difference between there and Ohio???
I saw that on the news. The fires south of you are terrible. Here in NW Florida we are rocking along in the low 90's by noon with daily thunderstorms cooling it off in the afternoons.109 predicted in Medford OR today! Don't they know this is 42 degrees north of the equator? Don't even want to know what Redding CA will be.
NW Florida? You must be a neighbor of Too Larry. I think he said he lived near the famous Vernon Florida.I saw that on the news. The fires south of you are terrible. Here in NW Florida we are rocking along in the low 90's by noon with daily thunderstorms cooling it off in the afternoons.
Yea I think me and Larry must be from the same neck of the woods. I saw where he wasn't working due to the Covid, so has been offline for a while.NW Florida? You must be a neighbor of Too Larry. I think he said he lived near the famous Vernon Florida.
Can't imagine living like that. You guys are bowling pins and it's like a drunk is lobbing balls your way for months. We have two systems moving into the Gulf, so we should have a few days with no rain. Glad I'm not in NOLA.
