Downright chilly here, never got over 64, rainy and cloudy all day.

Loving it! LOL

We just had a frog strainer of a thunderstorm. The local wunderground station is out, so no way of knowing exactly how much it rained, but I would lay good money on 3 inches in less than an hour. Sister called and said it hadn't rained at the house {about 8 sky miles away}.

From the next little town over, it's mostly cloudy, 82F with 91% humidity. Forecast high/low of --/-- with --% of rain. {I had to trip breakers for boss's office off and on to get modem and router to work, but it's not all the way up yet} I'm pretty sure it cooler than that now, with all the rain.

We've had the clouds and rain, just not the cool.

My Denver kin got back home. After an extra day in NOLA due to flight complications. Then Sister took an extra, extra day in the Big Easy. My cousin has a restaurant and bar on Bourbon Street, and she was staying with him. She is so short she doesn't give a damn about work anymore. She is almost down to 30 days and a wake-up, like we used to say in the Navy, I think she will be staying most of the first year of her retirement in Denver to keep the kiddos so her daughter and son in law can get back to work. She might get tired of baby sitting before that.

I've been slacking on this thread. Had to look way back to find it.

We have had 3-4 days without rain, which is nice. I probably need to get out there and water though.

At 1445 it's partly cloudy, 94F {HI of 106} with 52% humidity. Forecast high/low of 95/75F with 20% chance of rain.

My LoD today is 13 hours 6 minutes, with tomorrow being 1 minute 40 seconds shorter. Only about 4 days left in the 13's. I assume that everything is old enough now and blooming. Still not checking on them but every two weeks or so.

We had a brief, but heavy shower about an hour ago. At 1710 it's mostly cloudy, 85F with 73% humidity. That is 8-10 degrees cooler than it was before the shower. Forecast high/low is 90/73F.

When the RH is down to 50% here, it's a fine, dry day. I can't imagine 11%. Do you have to run humidifiers in your house?
Low humidity makes it feel 10 degrees cooler,i cool my house with a swamp cooler adding a bit of humidity. My plants seem a bit smaller than other parts of the state with higher Humidity. PM & mold are not a problem but i lost two small buds to caterpillars last year

Sister lived in Colorado most of her adult life. {and is going back soon} She had to use humidifiers or her nose would bleed.

Our humidity does add 10-15 degrees to the HI.

I'm happy to report that weatherunderground has their local stem station back online. It's less than a mile down the street, so much better than the across the river or up the road station I have been forced to use lately.

At 1540 it's sunny, 93F {heat index of 105} with 55% humidity. This is cooler than a couple of hours ago. Then it was 98/120. Too hot for man or beast. Luckily I work indoors. Forecast high/low of 95/72F with 20% chance of rain.

My LoD is 12 hours 59 minutes, with tomorrow being 1 minute 43 seconds shorter.
