JPS, I totally agree! You must love your girls or they will not perform. Also all different strains have different 'optimum' dark periods that can vary from 12-10 hrs dark depending on from where the strains originate,

Go kick the fall guy in the nut's bro....lol only messing, From what i have just read about the light cycle, you should be fine and you may even get a better yield. In nuture time cycle's of light dont just change from 18 hours a day to just 12 hours, this is gradual. So just put them on 12/12. You may have to wait a little longer but its not going to hurt your plant's. So if they have been on 13.5 hours for 4 week's then this may add like a week or 10 day extra...

And I do all the important things like, Germing, cloning, toping, LST, transplanting, harvasting, manicuring, resivior flushing/cleaning and refilling/adjusting them.
He just has to do top offs, raise lights, and do a daily check on THE EQUIPTMENT (Like the timers)

I have a small grow so I dont have to be there everyday. I just need somebody to look at them and say Yes the lights are on, the medium is wet, and they look bigger and better then they did yesterday
