good fan?

thinking about buying this fan.. its oly for 1 plant under a t8 fluro but will this help any?
has a electric timer thing that turns it on and off for the set tempature

Wasnt able to pick it up this month fucking canadian stores put away fans for winter... i got lucky the other day picking up some 20-20-20 they were just putting the gardening stuff out again for the year o.0.. Lucky they are getting them in late this month early next month... i should be fine without it for now anyways its easy to control the heat with the baseboard heater and the window aha i guess the canadian weather helps for something =\

The fan is also use for strengthening the stems... PEACE
