Good EU-shipping grow-shop?

Can anyone recommend a good grow shop that ships to EU?

I need to buy some lamps for the flowering room and my local shops are like WTF is that?

what does EU mean i am an american so not really familiar with that term .......btw you know street lamps are hps lights that will work good as hell ....must be the orange color light tho ...my first gro i used a ballast from a light pole that had fallen down .....dont steal em tho ..sometimes you can find the dudes changin out ballasts and just simply ask for old ones ..say you gonna light up a shop or somethin ....other than that ...........
