Hey RIU,

I've been lurking, commenting, answering and getting answers to questions for a few months now. I feel obligated to contribute to the documentation of my own personal experiences via this forum due to all the positive feedback i ( and everyone else more importanly ) get when we post a thread.

So on with the show!

I'm making budder right now from pineapple kush; in a crock pot. just read the 5 star tutorial ;) I've made budder before but, never in a slow cooker.

Also, ive had a quarter of finely busted PK in the freezer for nearly 24 hours now, gonna go another few days at least and make some QWISO oil . So excited ! :D 1st time ! (Educated Suggestions) ? I'm only hoping for a couple grams at maximum, gram at the least.

And as for the actual growing.. :D

I have 2 bagseed plants but both identifiable. One is New york city diesel and the other A canadian blueberry my friend has been growing for 20 years. Both have been growing since Dec 27th.

I have 5 bagseedlings. Unknown stickiness that was seeded. Planning to put them outside once the snow thaws and frost is over.

Tried cloning, and one was in straight perlite under a humidity dome and died, the other is in water and was just sliced up at the base of the stem. Well see what happens

What are you using for medium and nutes?
Compost, with added lime dolo, fish bone meal, blood meal and perlite for veg.. not sure what to use for bloom yet. (never finished a plant indoors)
And no nutes yet but id like to give the bigger ones some.. just dont know where to find all the organic stuff yet, and i dont have a tea maker .

Yeah thats true, when all things considered 1% of viewers isnt that bad.
Ok! heres a picture. :)
I used 7 grams of king kush along with the crystal from it. (i busted it reeeeeel fine)
and only used a wire mesh strainer, no cheesecloth. which is why the bottom of it is covered in plant matter :P i figured a quarter ounce wouldnt leave that much but i guess i could scrape it off itf i wanted to which i dont :PIMG_0532[1].jpg

Cool man. Similar mix to what we just ran before ramping it up a bit for this next batch. We ran this recipe start to finish while experimenting with different brew recipes.
6gal bag black earth
2gal coco coir
2gal perlite
2gal fresh worm castings
Amendments:
2 cups dolomite lime
1/2 cup blood meal
1 cup bone meal
1 cup dry all-purpose
1 cup crushed eggshells
1 cup brown rice
5 cups steer manure

Good luck with your grow man.

Looking sweet! Cant wait to see some flowers
Thanks man! I really cant either :P especially considering one of my big plants im pretty sure is male, been keeping a hairy eyeball on it for a long time and its not getting any hairs in at the nodes just little pointy bud things.

Ok so heres some pictures from the qwiso making, it was really fun :) I'll do it again and would recommend it to the first time concentrate maker. Big ups to oakley for his guide, i didnt do it exactly by that method but the insight from that thread gave me the knowledge to do it properly. I took 7 grams of king kush and got back a little more than 1.2 grams of qwiso oil. Is that an ok yield? anyways heres the pictures.

It got all crystallized after about 10 mins of scraping, anyone know why other than the cooldown? Took one with flash to try and show the finished product better
