gonna lollipop a few of my cheese plants but how much a day?

The title pretty much sez it all! How much can i take off a plant at any one time without causing to much stress or at worst death of my lady? Im 3 an a half week into flower but gunna try this technique on just a few of my cheese plants as i am growing using the SOG mrthod. Iv been advised to use a few plants that look roughly the same as the plants next to them which wont be lollipopped and see what performs best and yields the most. Any opinions or advice welcome here thanks.

Yer i was under the impression leave at least a layer of 3 branches above the cut ones. So how close to the stem should i cut this bastards right up to the stem i presume?

Yer its when you take off lower branches of leaves so the plant can focus its energy on the top main cola of the plant where the biggest, fattest bud will grow.

when lollipopping wouldnt it be better to just cut off the stems and leave fan leaves?

leave the mane stems cut off small week branches.no more than 1/4 of the overall growth. this would be a good time to take clones btw

keep in mind the bigger the clone the better 8 to 10 inch is good if possible.

Really?? I've already done a couple light clean ups, but can tell more of the weaker, inner stuff can come off and make great clones...didn't know it was still gravy to take them 3 plus weeks into flower??
