Gonna do a scrog set up

I wanna do scrog setup but unsure on a few things like:

1. At what height should I put the screen over the base of the plant
2. Should I try to top,LST,fim,or super crop or let them grow straight up
3. Will 3 plants cover a 31inx40in screen, with 1in holes chicken wire

see how worthless that is without any context?
meaning any information is better than just wht hight or how much.

I am just completing my first scrog now...I have 3 plants under a 3'x3' roughly screen. They are in 5 gallon smart pots with the screen bent in a dish shape 10-12 inches from the soil. I think fimming and late topping helped...you're LSTing from the git go - that's the whole point. Indicas seem to be the easiest...Pineapple Express is lovin it.

Go to Woodsman's SCROG United Thread and search SCROG on you tube - videos are the best - Budbook actually takes you through a scrog start to finish. Very helpful.

I put the screen on at about 30 days from seed after lst training. Screen sits about 18 to 20 inches from the top of pot. Once the screen is full go 12x12 and just let them tops grow. The whole idea is to get an even canopy.

OK I'm using 16gal tote with misters aero setup,3 plants Burmese Kush, Violator kush, and confedintal cheese all flower at 8-9 weeks all in same tote. 400w MH/HPS, so do I let em grow straight or what
