I bought 2 goldgish to help cycle a 36 gallon tank I had set up...Figured they'd die in a few weeks...Fuckers lived three years before they finally croaked, and I finally got to stock my tank with tropical fish.

I also bought a 2 inch high fin pleco with the goldfish...Thing is a monster now, pushing 8 inches...lol

I bought a Gourami for the 36 gallon tank, and tossed a Dwarf Gourami in there cause I figured it'd be enough room for them to have separate territories...lol...Boy was I wrong...Gourami(named him BadFish) woudn't stop picking on Dwarf(Rainbow), so I had to set up a separate 10 gallon tank for BadFish...Now when the fucker gets bigger I'm gonna have to get a 20L just for him....Asshole Asshole Fish. What an asshole. BAD FISH...NO! No! You're a Bad Fish!

i had one of those Plecos, probably close to 12"..thing had a giant spike on it's dorsal fin..I'd get woken up at night because it would go nuts and jump out of the tank then I'd here it -thump! thump!thump! on the floor..I'd be trying to pick it up, while not getting impaled by the damn spike and not hurting it..I also had 2 blue gourami..some channel cats, a crawfish..and i used to dump 20-30 neons in every now and then..they added some color until the Gourami's or cats ate them...

Yeah, mine is gonna be that big in the next couple years I feel...lol...I'm gonna have to get a 55+ gallon tank eventually...I know it.

Strangly enough, my favorite fish is a little 3 inch Hillstream Loach...

I call him Brian. This is not brian...lol but he looks like this underneath

People call catfish bottom feeders. You would be surprised how many cats I've caught on artificial bait wade fishing.

My favorite fish was a blue dwarf gourami.



They are very expressive fish. They aren't as aggressive as angel fish either. If my daughter ever decided she wanted fish I would get two of these in a ten gallon for her and 2-4 suckerfish so I wouldn't have to clean as often.

I had an aquarium full of tropical fish. I go to the pet store and see this cute little green and white puffer fish with black spots. I buy the puffer float him in my tank a bit and let him loose. He was about 2 inches long adorable little guy. A few days later I look in the tank and that little fucker ate every single fish in my fishtank. That dumb bitch at the pet store didn't tell me the puffer eats fish five times its size.

not that it matters but gouramis are social fish, you need to get them in odd numbers of at least five.
i'm serious.
if you had five dwarfs and five regs they'd be fine.

Got a celly that's ten times your size? You are fucked (perhaps literally as well as figuratively)
but in gen-pop, if ya hang with your homies... it's all good.
