thats the first thing i thought when i read this..Smoking pot relaxes your muscles, when your working out you dont want that. Plus you can pull muscles easier and not notice it as much as if you were not high. I don't reccomend it, but to each his own.
smoke a sativa. sounds like you got the couch lock super stone weed, which is definitely not a bad thingI never go high... I did, but it just made me lazy in the gym and it sucked... I just wanted to lay on the bench.
