Going to the Gym While High?

Is this a good idea, or am I getting ready to have a bad time? We'll see I guess, I'll let you know after I get back. Does anyone else go to the gym or work out when they're high?

Me and my Gf make sure to hit a big ol vape bags worth every time before we work out. Makes it just fly by. :)

It was pretty decent. Running on the treadmill was trippy, I kept on thinking I was running funny. But lifting was great. I felt like I could push myself further than usual. And yeah, the time seemed to pass so much quicker than usual. It actually made me enjoy my time in the gym.

I never go high... I did, but it just made me lazy in the gym and it sucked... I just wanted to lay on the bench.

I've found that I can't lift as much weight when I'm high so I don't usually work out after I've smoked.

i got to the gymm 6 days a week and most the time im high
just stick some headphones in ur ears and ull push ur self more and u focus more when u workout
i always tell my friends to go hi i recomnd it

i work at a gym so im high when im workin or workin out...im more focus....same thing when im ridin my motorcycle......

Smoking pot relaxes your muscles, when your working out you dont want that. Plus you can pull muscles easier and not notice it as much as if you were not high. I don't reccomend it, but to each his own.

I usually work out at home... when i actually do workout... which isnt much! but i'm trying to force myself to.

i pack up my bong and then start workin out right in my basement . its so much fun, i tried workin out sober the other day.....not for me

Cardio isnt the best high, unless its walking, which I do for 5-8 miles with my dugout. BUT LIFTING is the shit! I'm in pretty good shape, and weed is my protein shake lol:mrgreen:
