Going to Colorado. Have some questions. Need some advice.

Whats up everyone! Going to Colorado for a 1 week hike. Stoping by Denver first. So I will pick up some good ass herb for the hike. Anyway, my friends and I are on a budget. So I've heard dispensaries are quite pricey. A friend of mine went over there and said he got some great herb at a good price from craigslist on a donation or whatever. Just want to know how safe that is? like, law wise. I've checked out the denver craigslist and theres is a lot of cannabis posts for donations. Really just want to know if its cheaper and how safe that is. Dont want to get in trouble with the law and shit like that. lol
