Going out of town during flower...

So I’m trying to decide if I am gonna go out of town for the next 4 days. I would come back on the 4th day so I guess 3 and 1/2 days.

Aside from a surge protector making me worry, I’m more worried about water now. Do you guys think my plants would be alright that long if I gave them a last minute watering before I leave?

I feel like they usually show signs of being thirsty every 3 days but idk.

One thing I hate about growing is how it can lock you down to one spot

Yep 3-4 days should be ok; just water heavy. I used to put a tray underneath the pot and fill with water which is good for short term getaways. Watering spikes/globes will also work. Another trick is to put the pots inside a trash bag and water to runoff. Tie the bag loosely around the base stem...maybe for longer term vacation....could go away 5-6 days....just don’t forget to take them off when you return to avoid anaerobic conditions... Now I use blumats so we can leave for 10 days without droopy ass plants.

This is why I use silica blast. Helps plants thrive in harsh conditions. But I think you’ll be fine without it.

if You are growing in soil you want the pots dry before next watering. That’s usually 4 days. anymore than that and you are over watering.
give your roots a chance to stretch out and look for some water. You will Get bigger plants that way.
