Going Out of Town - Better to water a day early or day late?

My plants (day 16 of flowering) should be fed/watered tomorrow night, but I'm going to be out of town. So I can water them tonight or on Tuesday.

When they were vegging, I let them got a couple times and saw them bounce back from being sad and droopy. Do I need to be more careful now that I'm flowering?

Would they respond better to water a bit too soon or too late?

I would feed them on Tuesday first thing when you get back. One day won't hurt them, but if you are worried, give them a little water tonight and then feed on Tuesday.
