I use BC grow / Bloom / Boost and you are supposed to use Grow and Boost to veg then change to Bloom and Boost to flower. Read the container carefully for any instructions on how to use it. As for the heighth of plants my general rule of thumb is veg them until they are roughly 1/3 the size you plan them to be, so if you veg to 3ft, expect them to grow to 9ft. The only time I count the days for how long theyve been inside is during FLowering. veg i just eyeball it until I think they are ready to switch
