agg asault sbi but I talked to my lawyer and he said they found more evidence against me (somebody's snitching) so the D.A.'s gonna try and argue to get the attempted homicide reinstated.Thats why im nervous im praying these people dont show up tomorrow.

Still got my freedom The D.A. requested a continuance because the witness didn't show up.And cracker jax I been thinking about what you said for the past months thanks for the input and I learned alot from this trial but I would of easily walked away from this situation if I had the chance but if I turned my back on them i might of been murdered and wouldn't be here right now but the keyword is might so I'll never know.And on a side note I almost knocked out a guy who works for the newspaper who wanted to snap my picture when I wasn't paying attention I hate them scum bags like that they try and sell your misery to people for entertainment.

Aggravated just means that the alleged attacker allegedly had a weapon on them when the alleged attack allegedly occurred.

Doesn't mean the weapon was used even you can still get agg. assault.

just a small misdemeanor...possesion of marijuana that i didnt have on me at all....its bullshit.....cop wrote on the statement that it was by my foot but there wasnt shit there......fuck i hate pigs.......and i hate lying attorneys....
