Before I speak like a child, I have the right to be upset. However, I ordered their November special. Buy one get one free, and 40% off total price.
Well, I was hesitant because I had never ordered from them. I had them saved because I couldn't find Chocolate Thai anywhere.
I bought 1 (5pk) Chocolate Thai Autos = 5 free
I bought 1 (5pk) Bruce Banner 3 = 5 free
I bought 1 (3pk) Northern Lights x Amnesia Haze = 3 free
What I received was 9 Chocolate Thai Autos = Not separated
6 Bruce Banner 3 = Not separated
6 Northern Lights x Amnesia Haze = Not Separated (Correct)
I reached out last week Thursday via the website. I waited two days, and I didn't receive any feedback.
I reached out on Saturday via Whatsapp...I didn't receive any feedback.
I reached out Monday via Instagram...Yet again...I didn't receive any feedback.
Is this how they operate? Am I supposed to be happy with what I got and forget about the offer, which I could have gone elsewhere otherwise?
