Oh my my how theyve grown (a tear drop) beautiful jus beautiful man my gf said the SIS is her fav.mine has to be GA.I cant wait to order some purple strains i just made a order on the 6th but not many purple strains to chose from i ended up chosing qrazy train(trainwreckxpurple urklexspace queen) and a few more they should be here tomorrow ill do a germ. update as im doing my regular updates today and tonite but great lookin plants and some rep :clap:

Well could'nt give you rep said i had to spread some around first so imaginary +rep but jus got done updating my journal a 4 part update you should head over ill be starting flower tonite and adding maybe 8-15 clones a month depending on size.

Hey man, Hows it going. Sorry I dont have internet at my house or else I woulda been on over the weekend. Man those are some awesome fuckin updates. I tried to rep ya but I couldnt rep you yet. Well hope your weekend was better than mine. I went to switch to 12/12 on sunday. I put my hps bulb in, and within not even 5 hours the fucker blew out on me. It was my first time using it, So now Im doin 12/12 with my conversion bulb in. Fuckin sucks. Hope all is well buddy. Ill stop by later when work gets slower!

Hate to hear that about your bulb man.

Did you happen to handle it with your bare hands?

...if so, did you wipe it down when you put it in the fixture? (before the bulb was turned on)

Hey GDP, Yea I was very careful about the bulb. I used latex gloves when changing, so I didnt leave finger prints! I dont know I think it was just a bad bulb. I have a mh conversion bulb thats the same brand, and I haven't had any problems with it. So who knows. I will probably have a new bulb here in a couple weeks, probably 2. What is your opinion on the hortilux eye 600w super hps bulbs? I dont have much experience with them and they are kinda spendy. But hope all is well man!

Thats all I use. Very good bulbs!
I put a sock around my hand to change the bulb out. Latex gloves work too. I just never have them on hand. (get it? I did a funny)

GreenThum - Yes, the Super HPS is a really good bulb! I would hoighly suggest looking into it. I'm not sure how other brands compare, but the Hortilux if definately a good one. Compare lumens, life hours, spectrum, etc. on some other manufacturer's websites.

Flower Room Update

I had to stake & tie my Sweet Island & Grape Ape today. The SIS is just sooo wide, but the stems aren't very thick so it wants to lean now that it's getting a little bit of weight on it. The Grape Ape's top cola is getting so dense and heavy the top of the plant is trying to bend over and I was scared it would just snap off if I left it alone...
