I've heard of using green glow sticks for lighting to not harm while drying or curing buds however I'm not sure that is advisable since it's only safe as far as I know to use a certain part of the green light spectrum which the plants won't react to but will allow you to see them during dark cycles.

i can see no reason for this the reason why light helps cure is because heat is associated with it because of all the lights we use mainly HID, if you want a good curing method hand them infront of a fan in your grow room unless you use led then just use the fan, the way you cur is by emptying the vacuole in the plant cells the vacuole makes up 60-70% of the inside of the plant and all it does is hold water, the way u get rid of water is through oxidation and heat

yah, as far as i can think about it logically, it just sounds like a bad idea strictly for the reason that light degrades thc, so why would one want to expose their buds to un-needed light, especially at such a critical point in their life??

the only thing that i disagree with that theory is that heat not only helps to get ride of the water, but heat also breaks down thc very quickly, which is why i don't think it's good to use much or any heat when curing buds, you'd only be breaking down all of those precious tricomes..
Well I agree to some extent, but when does noob and common sense cross? I mean if you can't even display some common sense about the 90% of retarded grow information on the net, you will always have problems with your plants.

sorry buddy but I can't see how glow sticks would work. I personally wouldn't even want the possibility of having plastic leaching into my stash and contaminating it, they put weird material in glow sticks.

The best way to dry them is hang them upside down and run a fan in the room. Curing is best done by mason jars.
