Give very little at first. 1/4 of the recommended amount every other watering, after 2 weeks if it all looks good up the dose to 1/2 normal and let her go for a couple more weeks. if everything is still looking good and none of the leaves have the tips turning brown/orange then you can go to 3/4 strength. After 2 months you might just be getting to full strength nutes. if there are signs of burn( Necrotic spots on leaves particularly on the tips of the fan leaves) you need to bring the amount of nutes down a notch for a couple extra weeks to get the plants used to the higher amount.

Organic nutrients like bat guano, worm castings, compost are organic in nature and more difficult to burn plants than chemically chelated base element nutrients.

I greatly appreciate your answer for telling me how much to put in, but I still do not know how often to put the fertalizer in. Help please?

Every 3-4th WATERING!!!!!

Some plants don't like alot of nutes...and some like alot. Your best bet right now is to flush your plant this watering and your next to leach out built up salts that will eventually harm your plants roots...and doing so makes the roots unable to uptake vital food for the plant to grow.
