I just got through bragging up the GSC feminized seeds I purchased from attitude seed bank. After a 3 week cure I found them full of seeds. Has anyone tried to use seeds from a self pollinated plant? It appears that the other strains in the room were unaffected from the pollination. I watched the seedlings really close looking for male traits and didn't see anything. The seeded plants were so perfect I re-vegged them and now I'm not sure what too do with the seeds and the plants that I'm re-vegging? I don't have a lot of experience with seeds I have always used clones. Any advice??
 
I think there from HSO but I'll verify later today. My room has a small bit of light leaking from the clone room but not much. These plants were in the middle of the room away from the clone room. Are bananas the male balls that show when sexing?
 
I bet its your light leaks.

Bananas look similar to pistilate hairs but are yellow and pop open to drop pollen. Your light leaks stressed the plant causing these.

Yes several times. One time I got a nug from a friend that was growing Sensi Star that he bought beans in 2000. I grew it out and it was fine no hermaphroditic traits. Lets assume your goal is for personal smoke. Then if you are satisfied with your product then go ahead with your plan that you are doing. If your goal is to flip or possibly breed with that strain then my advice is to ditch your project. Racerboy asked who was the breeder. I am curious to see whose version did you run.

Hmmm never knew HSO made a version of gsc. Anyrate just google nanners in mj and you'll see a host of pictures to show you various examples of nanners.
 
Light leaks? possible but then the other breeds should have a margin of the same effect......I suspect an unstable result by the breeder in their attempt to duplicate this strain as the primary cause.

Had a blow fish that I had closest to a light leak do this while other plants in room were not stressed since the blowfish soaked up the leak.
 
The seeds were from Cali connection for sure found the container. The strain was awesome kind of stoked on seeds just worried they might be a future problem.
 
Cali connection ....it maybe isn't light leaks could be poor breeding ...sorry swerve I know you're on here but I wouldn't touch most of that guys genetics he has some dank no doubt but shit so did Rez and elite still doesn't mean they are good breeders. If you really are up north shouldn't be to hard for you to locate a real cookie cut its up there you just need to make friends or work to locate it the "forum" cut is up your way

It takes a special kind of stupid to try to blame the genetics after the OP admits to light leaks.
 
there are usually a few nanners late in flower on many strains. it's not the breeder its the plant. it spends its entire short life trying to reproduce and growers effectively fool the plant by removing pollinators. but nature will always find a way. I don't know how many seeds you found but if you plant them they will revert to their parents. which might be a good thing idk.

Of course we'll blame the light leak. Light leaks cause hermies. When he comes back and says he eliminated the light leaks and they still hermed then start blaming shitty genetics.

Why am I a swerve dick rider? Because I'm not bashing cali connection? Why do I have to bash whatever seed company you don't like and have an agenda against?
 
I'll seal up the clone room a little better if that's the cause? I have been using the room for 10 years but only using seeds for the third run these are the first seeds ever. Still have the question should I toss the seeds and the re-veg plants? Has anybody used these types of seeds without any problems? wow! just looked outside first snow at sea level in years here in Humboldt. Going to wake and bake right now!!
