Like you said pull them off if you seem male flowers, but I get swollen caliyxs on my female plants all the time, I'll take a couple pics in the next day or so so you can compare. That in of it's self doesn't mean they are hermy plants, so don't get to overzealous. Just watch them, do they have any pistils coming out at all(on the possible male flowers) ? I could not tell from the pic that if they were male flowers or not. Good luck, hopefully they are just swollen calliyxes, if so you should be straight. But the rogue hermy in a room is our worst nightmare as a grower. I had one on my first grow. But luckily was able to minimize pollination. Only got about 30 seeds out of a pound after harvest. So not so bad. Just keep an eye out for browning pistils. Like I mentioned before pollination is not the only reason pistils die/recede. Some times just rubbing up against a flower trying to reach a plant in the back of your room can cause some pistils to brown. But if you see browning keep a close eye out for male flowers, and they can be hard to find. IME they seem to grow out the bottom of the buds. Laying on the ground and looking up at your ladies from the bottom helped me find them.Ya one plant out of 11 I sent bad but I started seeing more n more of those egg saks I'm not sure if they where nanners or male pollinating sackes I saw them on 8 plants last night as I searched them fore a a hour and some had more than others, I had 3 sensimilla plants and was abt to toss the other 8 last night..... But I decided to keep em... I know I can pull the banners very carefully before they open to prevent pollination but shit I was bummmed, I wonder if stressed them to much or if gsc are easily susceptible to herming.
Thanks brotha for the feedback muchley appreciated.
I wouldn't remove it unless u r sure it's a hermie.Hmm. I see what you mean as those polon sacks only appear on newer growth my be this indicates it just started to hermie witch maybe I sent the worst as I'm half way into flowering... Here are some pics of some cutting a hour ago I took from them, thanks for shedding some light on this issue as I was tremedisoly concerned
I did not see any brown pistils as of tonight fingers crossed, i do see some amber ones tho as im pretty sure its a Normal sign of maturity its only a couple hairs scaterd miscalaneuis tho...Like you said pull them off if you seem male flowers, but I get swollen caliyxs on my female plants all the time, I'll take a couple pics in the next day or so so you can compare. I wish you the best, I've got a few pistils browning on me too. I hope I don't have a rogue male flower or two. With 33 total plants it can take some time and patience to locate the offender. Good luck man, and make sure it's male flowers before making drastic plant killing/removing decisions.
Peace,

Starting to add some bulk now. looking goodView attachment 3319673 View attachment 3319674 View attachment 3319675 View attachment 3319676 View attachment 3319677 View attachment 3319678 View attachment 3319679 View attachment 3319681 View attachment 3319682 29 days in flour there looking marvelous
Inspected all my plants and am continuing to prune pollon sack (nanners) sites, Im confident I got them all so far, will continue to prune male sites as necessary, or pluck as nanner sites are only on the bottom half and find no nanners on main colas or bud sites witch is good I hope, still seeing some gnats tho but have a good regimen to battle these fuck heads.. Again I hope this process can help future newbies and is a good reference for me in the future. they look great! You should have a nice harvest in the next few weeks.
I was using the term few weeks loosely,They still have quite a bit of filling out to do before harvest, but there is a lot of different opinions on the subject of when to harvest. Like I mentioned before I don't pay the trichs so much attentions as the general look. White pistils recede and brown, and the buds become denser, and you end up with more weight, imo. I go till I see foxtailing most of the time..You have a lot of plants at your disposal, when they start getting ready to harvest try them in stages maybe, and let some grow out longer than others and see what you think the best harvest time is.,I like to let some of my plants with a lot of under growth to go a little longer to, I'll chop the mains off the bushier plants and let the "popcorn" bud thicken up some.View attachment 3323621View attachment 3323622 View attachment 3323623 View attachment 3323624 View attachment 3323625 View attachment 3323621 View attachment 3323622 View attachment 3323623 View attachment 3323624 View attachment 3323625 View attachment 3323627 View attachment 3323628
A few weeks really? that would be awesome is it possible for plants to be finished before there typical scheduled due date? My 8th week of flour would technically be 24 days From now obviously it depends on many factors"..
