i dont see any pods but if it is hermie you are already screwed. it's already flowering. ...but the good news...it looks okay to me

Its a hormone treatment that can be used to help ensure your plants stay female or if they have already hermied the hormones will repress the male traits so you can keep your hermie and not worry about it affecting your other plants.
