I have a Giga Bud fem I was wondering if anybody has any pics of there giga bud plantor if they are growing this strain and can leave me some feedback on how they are doing and the characteristics of the plant.

I have one thats about 4.5 weeks into flower ----it shot up over a foot in the first week of flower --its 4 ft tall with lots of bud --- but at this point i feel the buds are a little small --to live up to the name giga bud they will have to put on allot more weight and size pretty quickly. I'm using 2 600 watt hps on 3 plants 2 -afgan Kush and the 1 gigabud -using fox farm soil and fox farm nutes --5 gallon pots ----will try to get pics.

they take a long time to flower, they swell up.
I have one about 3 weeks into flowering. I veg for 33 days. Like the post above me my plant also shot up about a foot or so during the first few days of flowering. My buds are also on the small side. I'm using a 400 hps with a few compact floros. I'm not impressed and I don't see how this plant will be ready to harvest in 3 more weeks as it is "supposed" to be done in 6 weeks.

hi,im a new grower and decided my 1st grow would be gigabud,(after reading about it i do wonder if i done right)spose 2b a 6 week deal,mines been growing in veg stage 5wks now,standing 14inches with plenty of sideshoots..i know by reports i should have them in flowering now but i did read that u can leave them longer with no damaging effects to the plant and basically dont start flowering process untill plant has finished fully maturing,well she aint finished maturing let so im planning on 12-12 cycle in next few days...any comments will be gratefully recieved....i av a couple pics il try and put up..

You can veg till the plants 5 ft tall if the characteristics of the plant allow so what ever heighth you veg too it will double in flowering?
About 12 inches.....

I have 4 giga 30 days in flower. vegged them for a month and now 1 is about 4' tall and the rest are about 2'. same thing here with the small buds. I dont see it finishing in the 6 weeks they say. but it is a healthy growing plant didnt have any problems...
Hi, now getting to the end of the 6th week with the gigabud and i still feel that the buds are small. The pistols are starting to turn brown. trichs are milky in color --guessing it will be done within a week or so --so far not really impressed with the bud size --they should have named this starain microbud ! my 2 kush have way bigger buds and alot more trichomes. --I won't be growing anymore "gigabud".
I just hit week 4, my "gigabud" is going the same route as yours, little buds. My widows, Blue Cheese and Kali girls are budding like crazy. It was a freebie, but no more giga bud for me. Im going to try and post some pics later tonight.

I would love to see some pics of that gigabud.
I have my freebie seed too. I have been holding on to it for a few months now and it seems like from what I read here I might not even want to grow it. Are any of those g13 freebies they gave away around Dec/Jan any good? Purple Lady, Power Skunk, Gigabud, & Diesel are the ones I got. All just sitting while I grew the stuff I actually bought.

I just ripped my gigas out. worst flowering plant I ever seen. g13 genetics are terrible. anybody with gigabud seeds dont waste your time. every seed was a different pheno. I hope somebody has better luck.
I got you, give me a day or so (school is killing me right now. I have been busy with the semester ending. You know papers, test, all of that bullshit....). My giga has filled out a little bit, but she still is not worth fuckin with again.

They dont fill out. very stringy buds and tiny. had nycd at 4 weeks flower and the buds were way bigger than the gigabud. g13 genetics are the worst.

thats filled out a little better than mine was. I had 1 that was about 4.5ft high and yeilded 3/4 of a ounce. the smoke isnt great either. well live and learn. next time I order from the tude Ill ask for any free seeds that are not g13. if they say no the Ill take no free seeds.
Damn, I have a few seedlings in veg. One is a gigabud freebie from attitude. Have an auto from g13(poison dwarf), and a couple fem GHS the church. The gigabud seedling is getting its ass kicked by everything else. The dwarf seedlings make the gigabud look pathetic. The Church is going to be a nice fat healthy indica... I might not even bother growing out this gigabud plant.... I've got some Early Misty yet to plant, and don't feel like tending to a plant that is going to yield an ounce.
