Huh? I would assume ridding the populace of an unwanted color/race/religion would also be a cull. Just as wildlife is culled to eliminate some of the population. I think this is a splitting of hairs thing

A cull is discriminate. You’re eradicating or stabilizing specific namable traits. Genocide is indiscriminate within the targeted population.

So far all I have learned is that cull was used incorrectly the first time, implying more than was actually being said. I doubt there have been any human culls since slavery was largely abandoned.
