Ghetto-pimped shotglass grow

Hey guys, just wanted to drop some pics and get advice on this baby- first indoor grow, i have a white widow germing right now and a bagseet sprout a week old, featured for viewing pleasure below
the temps range from say 76-65 lowest and around 45-55% humidity, got two 120cfm fans, being a PAIN in my ass, too loud - got a speed adjuster knob, sucks ass and the fans are either on all the way or barellllyyyy moving. anyone know of a good cheap timer thing too put it on a 15 minute interval schedule or something?
i got it growing in the shotglass cus of course, i support single moms, in perlite vermiculite and soil, one 6400k and one 2700k for a mixed spectrum
not too lightproofed at all right now, but i got some damn good ghetto-rig reflection if i do say so myself. my goal is to do this grow as efficiently and cheaply as possible while still spoiling my plant - isnt that always the idea though? (still gotta figure that out for the lightproofing better)

anywho, here's the photos, u can see the cfls straddling from a shelf i can move up n down, with room for two more lights

- damn good bagseed though, and i just put in a fem white widow that just germed in agua, so shit should start cookin purty soon

shit i dont play no games - it works fuckin great though- fans are a little loud but i got reflectors, mylar lining and curtains, intake/exhaust system, moveable shelf, all that jazz and cheap as fuck!!
