Alright riu fam...it's the moment you've all been waiting for - my very first successful clone lol:

The three I just transplanted to fabric pots had a whole Shit load of roots so I'm gonna call it a success at this point...if any of em don't make it now I'll be really surprised. I really expected a lower success rate than 100% but I guess dumb luck is enough to get by on lol...



But nah after reading all these horror stories online about cloning I thought for sure it'd be difficult lol... Plants really cling on to life n are a lot more resilient than I would of ever guessed

No idea, thought you were in CA for some reason. What is your plant count/limits in MI? You'll like clones, they're typically 2-3 weeks ahead of seeds from the time you plant them, you'll reduce your total veg cycle times vs. seeds.

It was 12 when I registered...but it says 12 'marihuana' plants and I only keep marijuana in my garden so technically I have 0. :P

Wow 2-3 weeks is a nice head start - looking forward to it. These ones are showing new 'shoots' at each node but they aren't developing very fast...been really small for a couple days now...You normally see really slow growth at first n then they take off or something?

Lol, that could go both ways though, they could say that you're not allow ANY marijuana plants ;) That's not a terrible count for personal growing. I'd be happy with that if we ever get legal, I'd just grow monsters in 7 or 10gal pots ;)

Yeah, even though you're coming in with some roots, it takes a few days in your new medium to establish those roots and begin growth. Typically you'll notice new growth within the first 7 days or so, then they'll take off quick as the root system gets established.

Oh yeah I'd take being limited to 12 and registering as some kind of 'sick' person rather than being illegal anyday...it's not a complete win but it's moving in the right direction...Basically I just walked up to my doctor and told him I hate pills, don't want any of the shit he's been prescribing for my migraines because they make me sick most of the time n I've had 2 friends OD on prescription pills and die young so either sign the form or I'll find a new doctor...ended up finding a new doctor. Lmao. They require an established relationship with the doctor signing your form so you're supposed to see them and have recurring visits or w.e but beyond that there isn't much to it. 12 plants, have to be locked in a room / location that other people can't access, less than 2.5 ounces of 'usable' material (so I think you can use drying and curing as a grey area if it came down to it) and you can't drive when you're high...I believe you're not supposed to smoke out in public either, kinda like with alcohol (open intoxication maybe?).

Haha yeah I don't have the scoop on concentrates but I thought I had heard it was kind of a grey area too...The one thing that seems kinda fucked is the 12 plants 2.5 ounces doesn't add up...I mean unless you're growing a really low yielder with cfl's IDK how else to avoid going over the limit lol.... Feels like a set up to me but most likely just someone who had no idea about anything to do with cannabis made the decision...

Yeah, at least you have some allowance for growing but that 2.5 oz limit thing is screwed, you could get that from 12x party cups 12/12 from seed!

Couple recent shots of the ladies - they were thirsty at the time, right before a watering. Looking like they could use a little more N too judging by the lighter green on the new growth but I'm really just guessing lol...probably stick with straight water for a couple more waterings. They were all showing slightly burnt tips recently (it stopped from what I can see) so I don't want to get too crazy with feedings. All of the first set of clones are now potted up in fabric pots (I actually swapped out one of the new ones with one of the first cuttings just to see if it can handle no dome this early - no roots on that one lol...couple days after being cut). Really interested in seeing these things develop. A few still look pretty rough but I think they'll grow out of it soon.

Looking good in there ayr0n, those babies will grow up in no time. I stick with water until I see some new growth and they've settled in, then start feeding low, like 300 ppm and go up to 400-500 over a couple of weeks or more, depending on how they take/grow.

There's very small growth started on most of them. I noticed on the main plants the fan leaves get progressively larger but it looks like when you clone / cut off a cutting they reset or something cuz these clones are making tiny leaves that are minuscule compared to what was going on in the other tent. I know the leaves aren't fully formed yet or w.e but they are ittty bitty right now shit is trippy. Little mini plants

Getting concerned about the flowering tent...it's like I blinked and they grew 3 feet. Gotta get some objects to raise up the CSS and GG #3 (short bushy gal). GG #1 and the SBA could have been monster plants if they had the room and a bigger pot. I think even in the 5 gallons of medium they could have probably been a good 6ft if I wasn't constantly tying them down. They're growing a lot like that Northern Lights auto did structurally, but with more offshoots and apparently a lot more vigorously. Every time I unzip the tent my jaw damn near hits the floor...just can't believe how quick plants can develop even under less than optimal conditions.

I haven't seen those pests since the neem assault so I think we're in the clear there...No new damage beyond the leaves that had already been damaged down low. All of the growth from about 1/8th of the way up the stock to the top of the plants appears to be full and healthy besides the small handful off oddballs here n there. So many damn leaves...I can kinda see why some people defoliate lower growth with concerns about airflow or mold or something with it being overcrowded.... It's getting dense as fuck in there. I'll let the plants decide when they don't need those leaves anymore tho. It's wayyy too dry for mold in my tent if I had to guess

Yeah you're good, give those little one's some time, they'll hit a spot when they take off quick, no worries. Sounds like quite a jungle in the flowering tent, not surprising though, those plants were large going in and with the training all those additional colas are stretching up and taking over! Not a bad thing to have low humidity as the tent will be packed tight. Even so, make sure you have good air circulation when the tent is so full. Sounds like a good harvest coming up though!

Gonna have to just keep tucking the dominant colas to keep this canopy balanced. I don't have time to rotate them as frequently as I'd like to so there was some uneven growth going on, but a couple days of tucking n everything is evened back out

Looking very nice, healthy, lots of tops/colas coming in. Looks like they're just about to start throwing out the flowers. When they finish stretching and start budding you're in for a very full and stinky tent!
