GFCI on breakers or on plug?

This is my buddy's new B-room electrical panel. Really proud of the installation, each row has its own 240 breaker :) and the timers are right above :)

Anyone have any suggestions on GFCI on breakers vs. GFCI on the plug (for 120V applications, 240 are hard to track so my ballasts are still only surge/breaker protected)?

No differnence between the 2 besides the one on the breaker being a little more convenient...you don't have to install on every outlet on the circuit. Other than that they are identical. Nice room :)

Well lets say you have 3 outlets on a circuit and you change one to gfci only that outlet is affected not the other 2 :P
