getting yellow spots on leafs?????? and getting kinda dry.

my plants a month and 2 weeks and the leafs are getting yellow spots and looking kind of dry... why is that???

am i giving it to much light?

your pics are a bit blurry but from what i can tell it looks like 1 of 3 things.
1) Spidermites- look under the leaf to see if you see tiny little bugs about the size of a grain of pepper. See them? invest $30 in an ounce of Floramite and use it at 1/4 strength for a seedling of that size. If you wanna stay organic try azamax or azatrol but they rarely act as the silver bullet.

2) you spilled nutes on the leave and it burned it

3) too much nutes.

and leafs ar starting to bend down, and its getting kinda tall i think

its under a 65w light bulb i cant afford the bigger lights.....
and yesterday was the first time i feed it miracle grow
