Getting people to join my collective

I am starting a small collective. What do you guys think I should do to attract more people to my collective? I don't want a huge amount, maybe an extra 20 or so beyond the friends I already have that are joining.

I'm kinda far (in the victorville area) I'm especially looking for non-growers

Check out Plainview, I think it is around $200 a year to join but it sets your collective up legaly in Cali. Not sure if it is worth it yet as they do not have a whole lot of members. https://www.plainviewccm.com/
