Grow Room Supplies: Help NEEDED!!
So today i get a phone call from a very old friend who decided he wanted to be a benefactor to my grow room and wants a list of all the supplies i need for literally the best grow. i wanted to go with organics. i don't have room for hydroponics. so i would like all the fantastical growers of this forum, please please give me some insight into the world of growing!
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP

Going to go with supercools super soil mix, basically have just about everything i need now i think. if anyone wants to review my list of products and tell me anything i should probably add that would be quite amazing. :)

If anyone knows a very good line up for organic fertilizers to boost vegetative growth, and flower growth i am more than interested!

Organics link, they carry a very wide variety. This has all the organics i'll ever need but idk what to use and in what combination.

I would get an air cooled 600w hps/MH setup and you should be able to grow 4 really nice plants in that space. Will you be able to vent out a window nearby?

Also just go to Subcool's super soil recipe in the organic forum and follow his directions. That's a good place to get a proper recipe and then learn how much to cut it with. If your wanting to make your own which is what I think your talking about. Molasses is great. Pics of the space and how our going to vent it can help with ideas about fans etc.. I have a cabinet on wheels which is up against a window nad I vent out the air cooled cooltube and a 177 CFM fan pulling the heat out of the top of the cabinet through the window.

it's going to be an air tight box, i'm building it and then setting up all the lights and vents, i want to vent it out the top of the box, but i also heard something about being able to recycle this air? the box will be where ever i have a place for it, wether that's the garage at the time, or an actual room.

i did i total price check for everything in the list. no nutes/ferts. Total is! $984.23 not including shipping handling or tax. 1000 for a grow room does sound about right. but with everything i have on the list it should be a superb grow.

it seems over priced for a 600w grow. you can set it up for 1/2 especially that it is a soil grow. most importantly, is that the equipment will not make your room the best, but your knowledge will. personally i would change few things in that list, 1st and most of all i would not use CO2 in my first grow, and would certainly invest in a dehumidifier instead. at least get a dehumidifier along with CO2 if you insist on CO2 and you would need a ppm monitor and tank regulator. in late flowering, going without dehumidifier is a big risk of mold. i would also skip the mylar, and go with flat white paint or panda film. mylar ideally reflects only a bit more BUT it wrinkles and is hassle to install and loses reflectivity quickly with wrinkles and stains. i would also go hydro it doesnt need more room, but hey thats just me :)

First you must pass a test...

Grab a hand full of soil in one hand and plant a seed in it. Carry the soil inside your hand with the seed planted until it grows.

If you get the seed to sprout in your hand you pass and truly have a green thumb.
