driving truck will result in more money coming my way for the company i work for. 3$ more an hour. the problem is randomized drug test by my company AND DOT. Does anyone else have their CDL and are subject to randomized testing? I was a nightly smoker and quiting is going to suck balls. especially because i just harvested my bubba kush 3 days ago.................:wall::wall::wall:

Here's all the info about how it's conducted and tested straight from the DOT's website:

http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/safety-security/safety-initiatives/drugs/engtesting.htm

Even though it looks like your employer is responsible for the actual collection (or for sending you to a third-party to collect)... I don't see how one could easily get around any post-accident testing. I had a friend lose his job (+ for THC metabolite) after a minor fender-bender he wasn't at fault for. He was getting around the random testing somehow. Just thought I'd mention it because you'll have to keep the possibility of a post-accident test in mind if you are hell-bent on still smoking.

thanks for the info man, as for still smoking I probably will end up taking a break. I can't see how it would outweigh the possibility of getting fired or losing my CDL. my company however does allow a drug rehab program for "marijuana abuse" lol. and that legal K2 shit for me isn't as good as the real green.

Yeah it sucks.

I just saw on the news the police here just conducted sting operations and arrested a bunch of poor gas station attendants for selling K2. This state is so far beyond retarded it's simply jaw-dropping sometimes.

Man I don't smoke it, have never tried it, probably never will. But seriously? The police really need to be spending time arresting minimum-wage workers for selling fake weed as a part of their job? Crazy world.
