Getting Busted Question

here is a video of a weed grower denying the officers to search his property... it is funny check it out... and than they ask to see medical marijuana cards...

i forget the supreme court decision but basically, if a cop comes to your door and smells weed, he doesnt need a search warrant to enter. also a cop with a search warrant, lets say looking for a stolen bike, if he finds other illegal stuff can bust you for that.

and last but certainly not least, lets say they do an illegal search and bust u, u still have to pay for court and attorney's etc. and its not a given that the judge will agree. face it, unless they legalize weed, cops can certainly make your life miserable.

this is a great thread glad it was started, learned some new things bout the corrupted system..

9 out of 10 times a cop will ask you to let them search first even if they have probable cause. Its one less thing they have to prove if you say yes.
