Getting a new setup????

hi ive grown with a 150w hps and its okay but im about to get a 40"x40"x75" grow tent. 6" carbonfiler fan (424cfm) combo. and a 400w or 600w hps from digital greenhouse. What im going to do is vent it using a cool tube through a carbon filter like this.http://img165.imageshack.us/i/adszvc6.jpg/

ill have a 6" inline fan working with that cabon filter instead of the vortex like in the pic. i will be using a 4" inline fan for intake at the bottom and 2 clip on fans inside the tent.
ill be growing in fox farm light warrior as seedlings and ocean forest during veg and flowering. Fox farm nute trio. Ill grow in 3 gallon pots. or would 5 be better?
i want to grow barney farm vanilla kush, red dragon,, serious seeds white russian, lowlife auto ak47. nirvana northern lights and chrystal. How many plants could i fit in this tent? should i veg in 1 or 2 gallon pots then once sexed transplant into bigger?

hmmm, i would go with a DWC setup, rather then soil. Its easier to grow, and get better results (In my opinion). I would personally get a couple large totes, or 9 5 gallon buckets. buy a couple air pumps and airstones, put them in the bottom of the buckets. Buy some nutes (flora nova i hear are decent) (23 dollars a bottle). get some netpot lid covers, a timer or two you'll be set.

as for the light, i try to aim for 10k+ lumen/sq. foot. as much or more then the sun produces. so if the tents bottom is 40"x40" = 3.33'x3.33x = ~11sq feet.

so 600w would be sufficient

9 would be the highest amount plants you could fit in there...

It is rather simple, when you think about it...

yea it its pretty simple. Its easier then growing in soil, and you dont have to worry about bugs as much. Almost all soils will have bugs in them, MG is notorious for it, and even ocean farm.

Yup, the only difference is that it's not as messy, and your plants will react faster to whatever you add to the rez.

would this be good??? lookin into it i may just grow nirvana strains to save some money .. i like northern lights and hybrids with it they have like 5 or 6 strains. would this DWC work good under 400w or 600w yeild 2 ounces a plant? atleast? veg for 1 month then flower?
