I think i may have been soaking my seeds too long. I have been soaking them for 24-48 hrs or until they cracked and started to show root. I noticed that Green House Seed Co says to only soak them for 12hrs.
Germintation after 8days?

Ive been soaking mine for 2 weeks now and all have cracked...should I stop and put them in the aerogarden even though the root hasn't yet cleared the shell (i can see it inside there)

You may have damaged the roots by over soaking them. That is the mistake i made. According the Green House Seed Co, you should only soak them for 12 hrs and then transfer them to a damp wash cloth or paper towel and put it in a plastic bag in a warm dark place until they crack and show root. YEAH!!! Put them in the aerogarden ASAP. Thats a long time to germinate.

been in there for 3 days now, nothing. Gonna contact the doc to see if anything can be done

its funny because the only way ive germinated seeds so far is putting them in the sun in soil.

You stated you had 7 seeds. If you have any left, get a jiffy pellet seed starter kit. You can get them at walmart, lowes, the depot. Just about anyplace. Cost $2 for 12. Add water, wait for pellet to expand an place in seed. I tossed in 12 seeds 8 germinated to seedlings. The other 4 prob would have too but at the time I did not know white seeds are bad.
