So i'm about to start my grow and i'm goin to start germination tmrw morning using the paper towel method. Eccept the thing is that i'm leaving my house tmrw(wednesday) morning and won't be back untill thrusday night. I was going to put the wet paper towels in an unzipped ziplock bag over my radiator wich goes on and off (so it wont get too hot). Do u think this will dry out b4 i get home or is it okay to seal the ziplock bag?? Or are there any better ways to germinate without having to pay attention.

P.S. i can't wait untill i get back so PLEASE dont tell me to wait 2 days.

I think you should be O.K. But if you feel that it will dry them out then just use the paper towel method and put it in a warm dark space. Sometimes it will take as much as a week for seeds to germinate, but start them now and you maybe they will germinate by Thursday night!

Or you could leave them on the bacl of your computer monitor.....that is where I germ....It never gets too hot.....when you are gone...mine never dry out wet it good b4 you leave.....you can close the zip bag like the about post said ....you really aren't going to be gone that long....never knew one to pop quite that fast.....but you have big hopes which will make for a big grow....GL:peace:

Okay I am probably the laziest grower on here. Just put some seeds out to germinate yesterday. Wet paper towels went into a tupperware container along with a nice big breath. The lid went on and placed in the cupboard over my stove top. Will check them in a few days. They are in total darkness yet will be kept slightly warm. Good for me because I forget about them a lot. LOL
