Germination time for autos. Passing 48hrs.

As the title says, i have some (3) beans in a pot, they went directly into soil ffof. Planted on the 16th around 3 or 4 pm, i didnt saturate the soil as much as i should have, ive been misting them to keep it moist more then usual from lack of soil prep, i completely forgot to soak the soil first. I wouldnt say im over watering, i have misted them daily over the planting site, and gave a little extra water around the perimiter of the pot to try and get the lower/deeper soil damp. But not near the seed at all if that makes sense, yesterday morning i covered the 3gal pots with saran/plastic wrap for humidity ( i live in the desert) now approaching 9pm on the 18th i still dont have any signs of them coming up am i being impatient? I thought autos were supposed to be above soil within 24hrs. I brushed the soil off of one of the seeds yesterday and saw it only had maybe a 1 or 2mm taproot coming out, but it is something, my question really is how long can they take to pop out and be sucessful. I figured they would ve further by now. I hope i havent under/over watered them in the first few days
...... maybe they popped open but didnt have enough water to keep going. Let me know what you think please i dont want to waste time, i can try to fix my mistakes and re plant new beans. But i dont want to give up on the ones currently in there.
In case your wondering the 3 strains are
Auto- trans siberian
Advanced seeds auto black diesel
Fast seeds west coast og

No you will be fine just give it time, this hobby takes a great deal of patience as far as watering goes, you can't really over water in gemination stage if anything to little, I like to start mine in a glass of water, after 24hrs the tap root is usually showing and the seed sinks from there u can either use paper towel method or go straight to soil, works for me either way... Ffof is high in nutrients I believe so that could possibly effect growth by feeding to early, anyways u said the one popped so most likely the others have as well just give it another day or so and they'll be sprouting up, don't touch the taproots there very fragile!! Good luck

I plant all my seeds directly into ffof. But I germinate them in a wet paper towel first. Just to make sure I'm planting a viable seed. They usually take at least 3 to 4 days to crack. You should be fine.

Thanks guys, i have an update this morning, one sprouted but doesnt look super good ill try and attach a picture, the rest still havent came up yet. I should also note, they are under LED panels one 300w and one 140w. They have been on the whole time, should i move light closer to this seedling? Probably about a foot away right now

Drop a CFL her first .... Around 5000K Daylight spectrum.

They will respond much better than directly LED . Once they begin getting first leaves it will begin to get going .... I usually add LED when seedling is on second set leaves.
I can control stretch by keeping CFL close @ 2 inches.

Most panels state 22"-30" from seedling but found it can cause stretch.
I get better node spacing by doing this CFL way BEFORE moving to LED.

Also, you said you germ in paper ts i thought you were supposed to go straight into soil to germ because you can damage them, are you germinating and planting autoflowers or photo flowers. Everything ive seen says to germ in pot for autoflowers.

Anyone have any yield tips? I plan on lst but i have seen it done a few ways.
1. Main stem to a 45° or more angle to bring the canopy even and distribute light.

2. Let grow vertically and take all of the lower branches and tie them down to bring them "out" from underneath the reat of the plant.

So both options make sense to me, im not limited on vertical height, i dont think any auto would max my tent out. Im interested simply in which method will produce more flowers, normal LST with a bush essentially or the "bowl" method where it goes vertical but i widen everything for light penetration.

Thanks guys

I germ auto seeds in paper towels. It's possible to get the occasional dud, so I'd rather know the seed is viable before I plant it. Doesn't hurt the seed.

I know it's recommended to plant the auto seed directly into its final pot - no transplanting.

Its one 300w mars panel on veg and 3 6500k cfl 100w i have one more cfl i can plug up but i cant find another efficient wat of mounting it for good light distribution. Thanks for the help guys it means alot. I have another 140w mars led panel i can throw up but i think it may be a little excessive at this stage. But i can do it.

I have an intake fan at the bottom, a vent at the opposite sides top. And a smaller fan built into the cfl/light fixture thingy. Any way to further my set up would be appreciated, i have the led panel and cfl panel slightly angled so all of their light makes it to them, should be a pretty decent spectrum there. Hope the other two seeds break soil by the morning.

Day 4 in soil update.
The one that sprouted ( west coast og) looks great getting my cfls as close as possibe to her. But the other two still havent broke soil, im feeling like i fucked something up and the west coast og has just made somehow. Dont want to waste the beans but i think tomorrow im going to dig the other two up if there arnt above soil at day 5. I know at least one of the 2 under germed, i lightly brushed soil off of it and saw a super tiny tap root, i didnt touch the root, immediately covered it back up, but i think thats what fucked it up, shouldnt have gone looking.

Stop messing with them. They could still pop. And forget the mini blocks. There's no benefit. Once the seed cracks, drop it in the dirt. Don't wait until the tail is an inch long before planting. It's fragile and could be damaged when planting. Once the seed cracks you know it's viable. No need to wait any longer.
