I put 10 White rhino seeds in a glass of water for 24 hours..they sank, then put them between a few sheets of wet paper towel inside a sealer bag,put them in my cupboard ontop of my boiler,it's day 3 since being In paper towel an most of them have cracked open but the tap roots are only just showing,they don't seem to have progressed since yesterday..so what should I do,just plant them now?

Need to be careful putting them in water, possibly drowning them if left for to long
I would let them germ another day till the tap roots half an inch at least but sometimes just throw them in at your stage it just seems they take a little longer to sprout

Jiffy pucks work wonders. I'm gone for work for 13-14 hours a day depending on traffic and my house is very dry so my stuff can dry out very fast. Jiffy pucks you basically only need to saturate once most times and it will sprout before it dries out the first time.

Next time plant them directly into what you'll be growing in.

5 days from planting directly in soil. Roots already growing out of the bottom of the pot. Paper towels are not needed.

I second this notion;
Paper towels are for spills

These "germination problem" threads using the paper towel method appear almost daily.
Why the hell do people use this stupid method and what is the purpose?
Inquiring minds would like to know.

I would also like to know the origins of the paper towel methodologies of science and mr. clean
Paper towels have become commonly used elements today, but their history dates to 1879 when Clarence and Irvin Scott – two brothers from Philadelphia founded their paper company. They began to manufacture tissue papers and 1000 sheets were part of a roll, which was sold for ten cents each.

Ah quite the adventure Clarence and Irvin had for the perfect germination paper
