Real quick, I have read a ton of back and fourth on the idea, what way is best to plant the seed IN ROCKWOOL , sprout up or sprout down?

The sprou coming out of the seed when it first pops open is the root my frind. U plant that down. If plant it up its going to have to curve bac around and grow downwards. Dont plant them upwards
