Germinating temp question

What it dookie? Just started germinating my seeds a few days ago using the paper towel, plate technique, with a heating pad. Didn't kno how hot it was but when I did put a thermometer on it, it said it was about 95. I know that's a little hot but does anyone kno if it will mess up the seeds? Thanks in advance for any and all replies and help. Much luv

Let them germinate at room temp,
a little bit warmer if you want.
If they dont crack,
dont worry,
give them time!

Forget heating pads and all that. Just put the seeds in some moist paper towels, put the paper towels in a baggie, and then put the baggie in an empty DVD case. Put the DVD case on your cable/satellite box/router or whatever else is warm (not 95 degrees warm) and wait a 12 hours to 3 days. Works every time.

Werd. Thx yall. Yea cuz when I first left it at room temp the paper towels felt cold so threw the heating pas under it and it got way too hot. Just didn't kno if I had burned em out
