Germinating for my first grow

So Im starting my quest and have the most basic of questions. I have put several seeds in a damp papertowel and germinated them . Its only been one day and already 4 of the 8 have little white roots popping out. The roots are 1/4" on 3 and a 1/2" ( and starting to curl) on one. Are they done? Should I plant them or wait 2 more days? Can 2 more days of germinating hurt them?

I also started a plant in my aero setup 9 days ago. It seems to be sprouting fine. If i add these new seeds will the week difference in start dates mean that much?

dude plant them as soon as you see any sign of them breaking the shell. good luck the more you wait the less chance the going to thrive. good luck and happy harvest? if i helped please send some rep my way

Thanks for the help, There planted I will start a grow journal to keep all informed and get help. As I am sure I will need it......I just cant believe I've been buying for so long......ARRRGGGHHH.
