Mine was an autoflower and sprouted straight in soil mate, if your taking this method, make sure soil is moist and not too wet,..
but reading always helps :)

how are you growing these? Soil, hydro? have any questions? Key thing with soil is to water only when it's needed! About every 3 days. Stick your finger in and see if its wet 2 inches below the surface. Don't give nutes until the plant is about 2 weeks old. Feed every second watering. Start with 1/4th the recommended dose and slowly work your way up.

As for hydro they get nutrients from the beginning, use 1/4th the recommended nutes until you think it can handle more. I recommend doing 1/4th solution only for the first 2 or 3 weeks, but since it is an auto you might want to go straight to 1/2 the dose. Just because you can't control how long it vegs for.

Auto flowers are more for people who have a few grows under their belt, in my opinion, because they only veg for so long so they are less forgiving. If you grew a normal plant you could keep it in veg for years if you felt like it.

Germination, my favourite way is to plop them in a cup of water for 24 hours, this will get water inside the shell. If the seeds are good they will either be on the bottom by the end of the 24 hours, or you can give them a poke and they will fall to the bottom. If they're bad they'll float. Some good ones will go half way down or so and then come back up. They act differently than the duds though, you'll know

After that put them in a moist paper towel and put it in a ziplock on top of your TV, leaving the TV on for heat. The water inside will speed the germination up and they'll crack within another 24 hours.

thanks for the info....if placing straight into soil would you still put in a dark warm place until sprouted and how would you know if it as sprouted with out disturbing anything

i have used this way of germination before and i agree it is a good method which usually results in the seeds sprouting in the glass within 24hrs was just wandering with them being autos if i had to do anything diffrent.
