I promptly tried this & it works - the down side is I didn't get the "resize" keys memorized before I did & sprained a retina trying to read your post in those miniscule letters.

I just had sweet and sour shrimp with chicken fried rice and a killer egg roll...the only thing I missed out on was the egg drop soup, that shit is my favorite food of all

Tonight was Corn meal crusted trout with red garlic fries and salad. Delicious!

what are red garlic fries, they sound awsome.

I'd imagine it's your average garlic fry but red. ^_^

I take lg red potatoes and slice em in half, then slice each half into about 6 slices. Soak em in salt water for about an hour or so. Drain then and in a bowl combine potatos, oil(enough to coat), salt, pepper, and lots of fresh cut garlic(i buy the big jar of minced). Toss them all together then place them on a pan with raised sides. Bake at 400 till done.

I had General Tso's chicken from this local chinese place. That and a big pile of fried rice.
