General growing question

First time grower here. I have two questions that seem like they'd be easily answered. If I'm in a time crunch, when is the earliest my plants will start to flower after I switch to 12/12 from 18/6. To rephrase the question, if my seeds just sprouted, in how many weeks can I switch my lights to 12/12?
Second question, how long would I have to wait to take a clone from a plant?

Easily answered with a few google searches.......

ive googled it, but im not finding an answer. can u just help

1) you can switch to 12/12 anytime you want...the longer the veg the larger the plant and yield will be
2) you can clone anytime you want, the thing is the longer the plant is in flower the longer it takes for roots to form, and the longer it takes to really start growing again(sometimes upwards of a month)
